ALICE ITS3 MOSAIX stitched wafer-scale sensor – Implementation challenges and solutions / Lalic, Jelena (MIT) /ALICE Collaboration
MOSAIX is a full-scale, full-size monolithic CMOS pixel sensor prototype developed for the ALICE Inner Tracking System 3 (ITS3), which will replace the three innermost layers of the ALICE tracker during the LHC Long Shutdown 3 (LS3). With over 26 cm in length and 2 cm in width, MOSAIX contains 12 Repeated Sensor Units (RSUs). [...]

ALICE ITS2: Performance and Operational Experience / Kim, Jiyoung (CERN ; Inha U.) /ALICE Collaboration
The ALICE Inner Tracking System (ITS2) is the innermost tracking detector of the ALICE experiment, providing vertex reconstruction and tracking of charged particles. The upgraded detector consists of seven cylindrical layers of Monolithic Active Pixel Sensors covering 10 $m^2$ of active area and has been successfully operating since 2021.The ALPIDE sensors, manufactured using a 180 nm CMOS technology, feature $29\,\times\,27$ $\mu$m pixels with a spatial resolution of 5 $\mu$m. Prompt/Non-prompt J/$\psi$ production in proton-proton and Pb-Pb collisions with ALICE / Zhang, Yuan (CUST, SKLPDE) /ALICE Collaboration
Quarkonium production in high-energy hadronic collisions is sensitive to both perturbative and non-perturbative aspects of QCD calculations. The charmonium production cross section can be split into prompt and non-prompt components, the first corresponding to a direct production of (anti-)charm quarks, the second originating from the decay of beauty hadrons. [...]

Vector meson photoproduction in ALICE at the LHC / Matyja, A (Cracow, INP)
Ultra-peripheral collisions (UPC) of heavy ions provide unique opportunity to study vector meson (VM) photoproduction in ALICE. The recent results of analyses of coherent ρ0 photoproduction cross sections in Pb-Pb and Xe-Xe UPC at sNN=5.02 and 5.44 TeV, respectively are presented. [...]

Quarkonia production in proton-proton and Pb-Pb collisions with ALICE / Wang, Yiping (CUST, SKLPDE) /ALICE Collaboration
Charmonia are a valuable tool to investigate nuclear matter under extreme conditions, and particularly the strongly interacting medium formed in heavy-ion collisions. At the LHC energies, the regeneration process has been found to significantly impact the observed charmonium yields. [...]

Electroweak vector-boson production in hadronic collisions with ALICE at the LHC / Sakai, Shingo (Tsukuba Coll. Tech.) /ALICE Collaboration
In the ALICE experiment, the productions of W$^\pm$ and Z$^0$ are studied by exploiting their leptonic decay channels in a wide rapidity region. In this contribution, the differential cross sections for W$^\pm$ and Z$^0$ in proton–proton (pp) collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV, proton–Pb (p–Pb) collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\text{NN}}} = 8.16$ TeV and Pb–Pb collisions at centre-of-mass energy of $\sqrt{s_{\text{NN}}} = 5.02$ TeV are presented. Open heavy flavour production in small systems with ALICE / Costanza, Susanna (U. Pavia (main) ; INFN, Pavia) /ALICE Collaboration
Charm and beauty production measurements in proton–proton (pp) collisions are an important test of perturbative QCD calculations, based on the factorisation approach, which assumes universal fragmentation functions among different collision systems. Recent measurements of charm baryon production at midrapidity in small systems show a baryon-to-meson ratio significanlty higher than that in e+e− and e−p collisions: this observation suggests that charm fragmentation is not universal across different collision systems. BabyMOSS stitched sensors: results of characterisation tests for ALICE ITS3 upgrade / Sturniolo, Alessandro (INFN, Catania ; Messina U.) /ALICE Collaboration
During the Long Shutdown 3 (LS3, scheduled 2026-2030), the innermost 3 layers (Inner Barrel, or IB) of the present ALICE ITS2 will be replaced with large-area, flexible, stitched CMOS 65 nm sensors, arranged in 2 half-barrels of 3 half-layers each, in the framework of the ITS3 upgrade project. For the first time in a High Energy Physics experiment, such large-scale sensors will be bent into truly half-cylindrical shaped half-layers, requiring little mechanical support. [...]

Studies of beauty-quark production, hadronisation and cold nuclear matter effects in pp and p–Pb collisions with ALICE / García, Andrea Tavira (IJCLab, Orsay) /ALICE Collaboration
Measurements of beauty-hadron production in ultrarelativistic hadronic collisions provide a fundamental tool for testing perturbative QCD calculations. Recent results at the LHC show that the beauty fragmentation function, as well as that of charm, is not universal across different collision systems. [...]
